Boston Pops on Nantucket Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for considering volunteering your time to support Nantucket Cottage Hospital and the Boston Pops on Nantucket. Volunteers are needed on the day of the event, as well as in the days leading up to the event. Each volunteer must complete the online volunteer application/waiver below. Applications/waivers submitted for multiple people will not be accepted. If you have questions about volunteering, please contact the Nantucket Cottage Hospital Foundation at (508) 825-8250.

• Volunteers will receive a free ticket to the event (valued at $30)
• Volunteering does not entitle you to early entry to the show
• Volunteers who work on the day of the event are not permitted to set up their belongings on the beach early. The General Admission section of the beach must be cleared of all volunteers prior to gates opening.

A volunteer who is 14 or under:

• must provide a printed application/waiver signed by a parent
• must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of their shift

A volunteer who is 15-17:

• must provide a printed application/waiver signed by a parent
• does not need a parent present when volunteering
• cannot act as a guardian for a volunteer who is 14 or under
