“As a small community, our hospital is more than just a place for medical care – it’s more personal. The nurse who’s taking care of you could have also been there when you were born. If I ever get injured playing softball, I want to know that I will be taken care of just as well, if not better, than at a hospital off island. A new hospital for the island could help keep student athletes safe for years to come.”
