Jenn Sullivan, OTR/L

Jenn works as a per-diem Occupational Therapist in the inpatient setting at NCH. She received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tuft’s University- Boston School of Occupational Therapy in 2001. Jenn worked at a 180-bed rehabilitation hospital in Cambridge, MA for 15 years and has experience with homecare as well.

Jenn is especially passionate about geriatric patients, helping them achieve their fullest potential before they return to the community. She uses a patient centered approach in her treatment plan and care which includes prevention and education.

Jenn was a summer resident for many years before moving to Nantucket year- round in 2017 with her husband, son, daughter and cattle dog. Jenn is a teacher’s assistant at Nantucket Elementary School. She enjoys being outdoors on Nantucket-walking the trails and beaches, biking, baking, reading and being on the water.
