To the Nantucket Community,

Happy Nurses Week to the NCH Nursing Staff!

IMG_0118

National Nurses Week runs from May 6 through May 12

“As President and CEO of Nantucket Cottage Hospital and a former emergency department physician, I’ve personally witnessed the talents and compassion of the NCH nursing staff.

These men and women are the backbone of this hospital, and are here 24/7 to care for our patients. Whether it’s in the operating room, on the medical/surgical floor, in the delivery room, the Emergency Department, or in our physician offices, the NCH nurses consistently go above and beyond what is expected of them to improve the lives of our patients.

So please join me in celebrating these dedicated medical professionals who care for our community every day.”
