“I’ve worn multiple hats during my 33 years at Nantucket Cottage Hospital, starting out as a critical care nurse then as manager in our Emergency Department and continuing in other nursing positions. In my job today as Perioperative Nurse Manager, I oversee what happens in our operating room including the preparation of patients and the surgical-related work of our doctors.
