Our partnership with the Massachusetts General Hospital Endocrine Unit brings some of the region’s best endocrinologists to Nantucket every month to see island patients. These visiting specialists are leaders in investigating, diagnosing and treating disorders of bone and mineral metabolism, thyroid diseases and general endocrine conditions. In addition, our on-staff Certified Diabetes Educator Suzanne Davis is also available to help patients adapt their lifestyle to the dietary requirements of diabetes. A physician referral is required to schedule an appointment with one of our visiting endocrinologists. Please have your primary care provider send a referral to the specialty clinic scheduler.

“Everybody is different and I truly enjoy helping folks overcome their healthcare challenges. In general, we tend to live in a world that stresses the negative about our bodies and wellness which really defeat people before they even begin to implement a health regimen. So my goal is to help patients take a step back and make attainable goals that stick and don’t fade come February first.”
