Nantucket Cottage Hospital's Imaging Services Department provides a broad range of diagnostic services. The department is led by Dr. Efren Flores, NCH Chief of Radiology, and staffed by board certified radiologists and nationally registered state-licensed technologists. Dr. Flores performs all current, new and upcoming procedures, as well as interpreting all readings. The Mass General Radiology team is also available at all times to the NCH Imaging Services Department, if needed.

NCH offers MRI services 5 days a week and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment for mammography, fluoroscopy, 3D ultrasounds, bone density and spiral CT scanning. New procedures at NCH's Imaging Services Department include low radiation CT's and ultrasound guided breast biopsies. In the near future, NCH will provide CT/MRI arthrograms and fluoroscopic guided joint injections.
